Monaidea is a brand of VestaNabu LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company based in Owatonna, Minnesota, USA ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].
What these terms cover
These terms cover the digital products we sell on www.monaidea.com and its category sites, such as adminkits.monaidea.com ("products"), and the sites themselves. By buying a product, you agree to them.
Apps we sell through the Atlassian Marketplace, such as Ledgerstone and Flagstone, are covered by the Atlassian Marketplace's terms and the terms published with each app, not by these.
Buying
Our reseller Creem (creem.io, operated by Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia) sells our products as the merchant of record: it takes your payment, charges any sales tax or VAT that applies, and sends your receipt. The charge shows on your statement as CREEM.IO* STORE. Creem's own terms apply to the payment.
Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each product's page before you buy.
Delivery
Right after your payment, Creem emails you a secure download link, and your files stay in Creem's customer portal. If a download doesn't work, write to [email protected].
What you may do with a product
When you buy a product, you may use it, print it and adapt it for your own work and within your organization.
You may not resell it, share it publicly, or redistribute it, on its own or as part of another product.
How our products are made
Our products are written with AI (Claude, by Anthropic) and checked against the sources they name, as of the date each one states. Each product says so.
They are practical guides, not legal, financial or other professional advice. Software vendors change their products; check what applies to your situation, and try a change on something that doesn't matter before you make it in a system that does.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy: if a product doesn't help you, you can have your money back within 14 days.
No warranty
To the extent the law allows, products and sites are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
Trademarks
Monaidea and its logo belong to VestaNabu LLC. Atlassian, Jira and Confluence are trademarks of Atlassian. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Atlassian, and the other names we mention belong to their owners.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its date, applies to purchases made while it is posted.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in them takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
