Within 14 days, in full
Write to [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase, with your order number (it's on your receipt), and we refund you in full. You don't need to explain why.
Once for each product
A refund is once per buyer for each product: if you buy a product again after we refunded it, that purchase can't be refunded.
How you get it
Creem, our reseller, returns the money to the card or account you paid with. How soon it shows depends on your bank; usually within 10 business days.
If we don't answer
We answer within two business days. If we haven't answered within 7 days, you can also contact Creem at creem.io/contact.
Your rights
This policy doesn't limit any right you have under the law where you live, for example if a product is faulty or not as described.
