Who we are
Monaidea is a brand of VestaNabu LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company based in Owatonna, Minnesota, USA. We decide what happens to the data described here. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- When you buy a product: Creem, our reseller, collects your payment details; we never see your card. Creem shares with us your email address, your country, the product, the amount and the order number.
- When you write to us: your email address and your message, and, if you use the contact form on www.monaidea.com, the name and topic you give. While you fill in the form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are not a bot, using signals such as your IP address and your browser (Turnstile Privacy Addendum).
- When you visit our sites: we set no cookies and run no analytics or tracking. The contact form's bot check loads only when you start using the form. They are hosted by GitHub (GitHub Pages), which may record visitors' IP addresses for security, under GitHub's privacy statement.
What we use it for
To deliver your product, answer your messages, make refunds, and keep the accounting records the law requires. We email you only about your purchase and your messages. We don't sell your data.
Who processes it for us
- Creem: payments, receipts and delivering your files.
- Google (Gmail): the mailbox where your messages to us arrive.
- Postmark: sending our email, including your contact form message to our mailbox.
- Cloudflare: our domain's DNS and email forwarding, and the contact form: its bot check (Turnstile) and the service that passes your message to us.
- GitHub: hosting our sites.
Each one processes data under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Your email address, your messages and your order details: 12 months after your last purchase or message. After that we keep only what our accounts need (the order number, the product, the country and the amount), without your name or email address, for up to 7 years.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted: write to [email protected], and we answer within 30 days. If the law where you live gives you more rights, we respect them.

Children
Our products are for adults, for their work. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

When we change this policy, we post the new version here with its date.
